Yu Kaijiang, male, chief physician and professor. He once worked as the deputy dean of The Second Hospital Affiliated to Harbin Medical University, director of ICU and master supervisor. In 1991, he got the master degree from Cardiothoracic Surgery Department of Harbin Medical University. He once went to Canada, America, Japan and Sweden etc for exchange and study; he is quite experienced in treatment and first-aid of critical patients, who is widely trusted by the peers and patients. He published 16 academic theses and 2 professional books. He was awarded with the third prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of Science & Technology Commission.
